Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of leadership style, work stress and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The object of this research is the employees in General Affairs Division of PT. Dana Purna Investama. This research was conducted on 44 Employees. Using causality research with a quantitative approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis using partial least square ver 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style and work stress variables have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on the variable turnover intention. This can be proven from the results of hypothesis testing, the leadership style and work stress leadership style and work stress variables have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on the variable turnover intention. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Stress, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi General Affairs PT. Dana Purna Investama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 44 karyawan. Menggunakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan menggunakan partial least square ver 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis, variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan.
