Abstract

Cafe Mouza Dine and Coffee is a company engaged in Food & Baverage (F & B). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation, and career development on employee performance. The object of this research is Cafe Mouza Dine and Coffee Branch Citeureup, Bogor. Sampling in this study used Saturated Sampling techniques. The respondents used were 52 people. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work motivation, compensation, and career development had a significant effect on employee performance. While partially work motivation has a negative effect on performance, compensation and career development has a positive effect on employee performance Cafe Mouza Dine and Coffee Branch Citeureup, Bogor. For companies more to increase compensation and career development so that employee performance will be better in the future. Keywords : Work Motivation, Compensation, Career Development, Employee Performance Cafe Mouza Dine and Coffee adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Food & Baverage (F&B). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek Penelitian ini adalah Cafe Mouza Dine and Coffee Cabang Citeureup, Bogor. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampel Jenuh. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 52 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, kompensasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Cafe Mouza Dine and Coffee Cabang Citeureup, Bogor. Bagi perusahaan lebih meningkatkan lagi kompensasi dan pengembangan karir agar kinerja karyawan jadi lebih baik dimasa depan.
