Abstract
This study aims to determine effect of compensation, work environment and career growth for employees at Securindo Packatama Indonesia, PT. Where the proposed three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely compensation, work environment and career growth acting as independent and turnover intention as served as dependent variable. This research was conducted using a survey of employees Securindo Packatama Indonesia, PT was analysis in this study use alternative methods of structural equation modeling (SEM) which is partial least square (PLS). The first phase of the current study is to validate each variable’s question as well as it’s reliabilities. The second phase making related variable of compensation, work environment, career growth on turnover intention. The result showed of Compensation has a negative was not significant on turnover intention while work environment and career growth have positive and significant on turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Career Growth, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention bagi karyawan PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia. Dimana diajukan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat yaitu kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir sebagai variabel bebas dan turnover intention berperan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey terhadap karyawan dari PT.Securindo Packatama Indonesia dan di analisis dengan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan variabel kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention sementara lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
