Abstract
This study aims to determine "The influence of organizational culture, work competence and work discipline on employee performance". The object of this research is PT. Iskaba Pratama. This research uses quantitative research method. This study used the method of sampling propotional random sampling with the respondents of 122 employees. Data analysis on this research using SPSS version 20. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture, work competence and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence of work have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: organizational culture, work competence, work discipline and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan”. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Iskaba Pratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel propotional random sampling dengan responden sebanyak 122 karyawan. Analisis data pada penlitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kompetensi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikam terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan
