Abstract
This research was conducted to see the role of Passion and Resilience to Career development at the minumum position of supervisor in Jakarta. Approach of the research is using the quantitative approach, with the amount of sample is 438 male and female by purposive sampling. Passion be measured use 14 item scale, Recilience use 46 item scale and Career development use 12 item scale. In this research use the Lisrel software with structural equation model analysis ( SEM ), path analysis, multivariate model and the test of reliability is use Confirmatory Factor Analysis ( CFA ) for looking the role of Passion and Resilince to Career development. This result of the research is Passion and Resilience have a significant role against Career development at the minumum position of supervisor in Jakarta. Keyword : Passion, Resilience, Career development, Supervisor Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji peran passion dan resiliensi terhadap career development pada posisi minimal supervisor di Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatakan kuantitatif, dengan total sempel 438 laki-laki dan perempuan menggunakan purposive sampling . Passion diukur menggunakan 14 skala item , Resiliensi menggunakan 46 skala item dan career development menggunakan 12 skala item. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software Lisrel dengan analisis structural equation model ( SEM ) ( path analysis ) model multivariat serta pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmasi atau CFA ( Confirmatory Factor Analysis ) untuk melihat peran passion dan resiliensi terhadap career development . Pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa passion dan resiliensi memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap career development pada posisi mininum supervisor di Jakarta Kata Kunci : Passion, Resiliensi, Career Development, Supervisor
