Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the transformational leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The object of this research is all employees who work in PT MPP International Development Indonesia with a population of 50 people. Therefore, the data analysis used is Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) v.23. The result of this research shows that transformational leadership style and motivation have positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. This proves the test result (t test) which shows the significance value of the independent variable. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT MPP International Development Indonesia dengan populasi 50 orang. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) v.23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini membuktikan hasil pengujian (uji t) yang menunjukan nilai signifikasi dari variabel bebas. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja karyawan.
