Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of authoritarian leadership style, and compensation on employee performance in Manufacturing Company Banking Equipment PT. Titan Sarana Niaga. This type of research includes the type of quantitative research, with questionnaires as a means of data collection with a sample of 99 respondents, the sampling method is non-probability sampling and the sample technique used is saturated samples. Analytical technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that authoritarian leadership style positively and significantly affect the performance of employees. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in PT banking equipment company. Titan Sarana Niaga and have a strong relationship level, this means that if the leadership style of authoritarian and compensation is increased it will result in high employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, authoritarian, compensation, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Banking Equipment PT. Titan Sarana Niaga. Tipe penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan sample sebesar 99 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu non-probability sampling dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sample jenuh. Teknik analisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otoriter secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan banking equipment PT. Titan Sarana Niaga dan memiliki tingkat keeratan hubungan yang kuat, hal ini berarti apabila gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dan kompensasi ditingkatkan maka akan mengakibatkan kinerja karyawan yang tinggi.
