Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of transformational leadership, compensation, and work environment on employee performance. The object of this study are employees working at the Division Operator Production PT Rinnai Indonesia. This research was conducted to 92 respondents from the total populations of 1.135 employees. The research population are 1.135 employees. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples to this research by using the Slovin Formula and the sample used is 92 employees at the Division Operator Production PT Rinnai Indonesia. This research method used quantitative approach using questionnaire and analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership, compensation, and work environment have significant positive effects on employees performance. Variable transformational leadership is the most influential variable that has impact 17 times greater than compensation variable and 16 times greater than work environment variable. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan bekerja di bagian Operator Produksi PT. Rinnai Indonesia. Populasi keseluruhan karyawan Operator Produksi PT. Rinnai Indonesia berjumlah 1.135.Teknik pengambilan sampel, yakni Simple Random Sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rumus Slovin dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 92 karyawan pada bagian Operator Produksi di PT Rinnai Indonesia. Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kepemimpinan transformasional adalah variabel yang memiliki pengaruh 17 kali lebih besar dari pada variabel kompensasi dan 16 kali lebih besar dari variabel lingkungan kerja.
