Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction Against Employee Performance at PT Garuda Twin Jaya, Tangerang City". Place of this research is at PT Garuda Twin Jaya which is located in Tangerang City. This research was conducted 30 respondents by using descriptive approach quantitative. Therefore the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear analysis.Data collected directly from the respondents using the research instrument in the form of questionnaires and technical data analysis using SPSS Ves 23 software. The results of this study show partially, Organizational Culture variable and Job Satisfaction have positive and significant impact on Employee Performance ofPT Garuda Twin Jaya.
