Abstract
Human resources are the resources that most determine the success of an organization. Employee performance is an important aspect in achieving an organizational goal. Optimal performance in it has the role of organizational culture. To achieve the job objectives effectively and efficiently requires organizational commitment. This research is to know the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance at PT Emax Fortune International. The object of this research is employees who work in PT Emax Fortune International. This research was conducted on 42 respondents by using saturated sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from HRD as well as through field research survey by distributing questionnaires to 42 respondents of PT Emax Fortune International employees. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing for statistical test is done with SPSS 23 program. Based on the results of this study indicate that for organizational culture variable there is a positive and significant pengauh to Employee Performance and for Organizational Commitment variable there is a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance. Sumber daya manusia merupakan sumber daya yang paling menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya pencapaian suatu tujuan organsisasi. Kinerja yang optimal di dalamnya memiliki peran serta budaya organisasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan pekerjaan secara efektif dan efisien diperlukannya komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Emax Fortune International. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Emax Fortune International. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 42 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari HRD serta melalui survey penelitian lapangan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 42 responden karyawan PT Emax Fortune International. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data untuk uji statistik dilakukan dengan program SPSS 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel Budaya Organisasi terdapat pengauh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan untuk variabel Komitmen Organisasional terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasional dan Kinerja Karyawan.
