Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the use of e-learning media to improve employee delivery performance PT XYZ. The subject of this research is 100 employees of PT. XYZ. This study uses a kualitatif method. Data analysis techniques through test credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confirmability (objectivity). Summary of results as follows: (1) Effective e-learning media to deliver SOPs and Online Tests resulting in improved employee performance; (2) The effectiveness of the training given to the participants through e-learning media sees rather than the material provided in the elearning training program is easy to understand, easy to apply during the field, as expected rather than the participants, visualization of training using (video / image / flows) can facilitate the participants in understanding the material, the language used is easily understood by the participants, and the stages of the training materials are sequential from the basic level material to the advanced materials; (3) The effectiveness of the training given to the participants is measurable with skills, knowledge and morale can be improved in the operational work, increase the speed of work in completing the work in accordance with the target, co-workers feel after the participants get this training, participant skill after being given training through e-learning; (4) The Kirkpatrick model can be part or incorporated in the CIPP model, especially in the Process and Product dimensions to be used simultaneously but still gradually in accordance with its stages for tiered evaluation of training and e-learning programs. Keywords: E-learning, CIPP Model, Kirkpatrick Model, Training, Standard Operational, Procedures, E-commerce Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa penggunaan media e-learning terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan delivery PT XYZ. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan delivery PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik analisis data melalui uji credibility (validitas internal), transferability (validitas eksternal), dependability (reliabilitas), dan confirmability (obyektivitas). Ringkasan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Media e-learning efektif untuk menyampaikan SOP dan Tes Online sehingga terjadi peningkatan kinerja karyawan; (2) Efektifitas pelatihan yang diberikan kepada peserta melalui media e-learning melihat daripada materi yang diberikan dalam program pelatihan melalui e-learning ini mudah dipahami, mudah diterapkan selama dilapangan, sesuai dengan harapan daripada peserta, visualisasi pelatihan menggunakan (video/gambar/alur) dapat memudahkan peserta dalam memahami materi, bahasa yang digunakan mudah dimengerti oleh peserta, dan tahapan materi pelatihan sudah berurutan dari materi tingkat kepada peserta terukur dengan keterampilan, pengetahuan dan semangat kerja dapat meningkat dalam menjalani operasional pekerjaan, meningkatkan kecepatan kerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan target, rekan kerja merasa terbantukan setelah peserta mendapatkan melalui e-learning; (4) Model Kirkpatrick dapat menjadi bagian atau digabungkan didalam model CIPP khususnya pada dimensi Proses dan Product untuk digunakan secara bersamaan namun tetap learning. Operasional Prosedur, E-commerce! dasar sampai dengan materi tingkat lanjutan; (3) Efektifitas daripada pelatihan yang diberikan pelatihan ini, dan bagian support merasakan peningkatan skill peserta setelah diberikan pelatihan bertahap sesuai tahapannya untuk evaluasi berjenjang pelatihan dan program e-learning Kata Kunci: E-learning, Model CIPP, Model Kirkpatrick, Pelatihan, Standar commerce
