Abstract
This study aims to improve work motivation, job satisfaction, and work commitment to employee performance. Research data is primary data based on quizoner research method toward 30 employees at PT NYRA in February 2017 - June 2017. sampling method used is saturated sample because it is the whole employee at PT NYRA. The method used in this research is Multiple Liner Regression. The results showed that work motivation, job satisfaction, and commitment of cooperation - have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially significant work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction is significant to employee performance, while work commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation is the biggest variable to employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Job Commitment, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data penelitian merupakan data primer berdasarkan metode penelitian kuisoner terhadap 30 karyawan pada PT NYRA pada bulan Februari 2017 - Juni 2017. metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh karena merupakan keseluruhan karyawan pada PT NYRA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Liner Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen kerja sama - sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial motivasi kerja signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja cukup signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan komitmen kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
