Abstract

This research aims to know influence of organizational culture, work discipline and motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is at PT Kacapuri Katel Kencana located on Jl Roda Pembangunan Nangewer, Cibinong, Bogor. This research was done 72 respondents by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this research show that either partially and simultaneously, the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Motivation towards Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the results of simultant tests (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows the significant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results from this study state that there is a simultant effect between the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Kacapuri Katel Kencana Location of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Motivation of Employee Performance Keywords : Organizational Culture, Discipline, Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Pada PT Kacapuri Katel Kencana yang berlokasi Jl Roda Pembangunan Nangewer, Cibinong, Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 72 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Kazapuri Katel Kencana Lokasi Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
