Abstract
This research is to know the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction on performance of employees of CV. Firm Jaya brilliantly. This research was conducted towards the 60 respondents using a quantitative approach is associative. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are partial organizational culture positive and significant effect on performance of employees. Motivation work positive and significant effect on performance of employees. And job satisfaction the significant positive effect on performance of employees. Organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction of 63.4% effect on performance of employees and the rest of (100%-36.6% = 63.4%) are affected by other factors that are not described in this study. Keywords: organizational culture, performance motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Teguh Jaya Cemerlang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh sebesar 63,4% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya sebesar (100% - 63,4% = 36,6%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
