Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Quality and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The variables in this study consist of Quality Work (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Employee Performance (Y). Population in this research is employees of PT. Wanindo Prima which amounted to 140 employees. Samples in this study amounted to 35 people.Sample samples taken by using sampling technique "purposive random sampling" This study using questionnaire data analysis used that is using SPSS Version 21. The results of this study showed that the quality variable work (X1) on the performance of employees (Y) Thitung> Ttabel, Thitung = 1.695 greater than Ttabel = 1.694 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted while the variable discipline of work (X2) on employee performance (Y), because it contributes 2,416 larger of ttable (2,416> 1,694) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Keywords: Quality of Work, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Kualitas Kerja (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Wanindo Prima yang berjumlah 140 karyawan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang.Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel “purposive random sampling” penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan SPSS Versi 21.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) Thitung > Ttabel, Thitung = 1,695 lebih besar dari Ttabel= 1.694 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), karena memberikan kontribusi sebesar 2,416 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar (2,416 > 1.694) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata kunci: Kualitas Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
