Abstract

This research is to know the influence of motivation, communication and influence of work environment on performance of employees at PT. Juvenile Communication. This research was conducted against the 53 respondents using a quantitative approach is associative. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are partial positive and significant effect of motivation on performance of employees, communication a positive and significant effect on performance of employees and work environment positive significant effect on performance employee. Motivation, communication and work environment effect of 50.6% against the performance of the employees and the rest of (100%-50.6% = 49.4%) are affected by other factors that are not described in this study. Keywords: motivation, communication, work environment, the performance of employees. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Juvenile Communication. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 53 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh sebesar 50,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya sebesar (100%-50,6%= 49,4%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: motivasi, komunikasi, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan.
