Abstract

This research is to know the influence of the work ethic, the discipline of work and Organisational Commitment on performance of employees at PT. Beautiful Peaceful Golf TBK. This research was conducted against the respondent employees at 60 PT Damai Indah Golf using a quantitative approach is associative. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are a partial influence on the performance of the work ethic of employees. The discipline of work influence on organizational commitment of employees and performance effect on the performance of employees. Work ethic, the discipline of work and organisational commitment together influential amounted to 64,6% on performance of employees and the rest of (100%-64,6% = 35,4%) are affected by other factors that are not described in this study. Keywords: work ethic, discipline, organizational commitment, and employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Etos Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Damai Indah Golf TBK. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden Karyawan pada PT. Damai Indah Golf dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etos kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 64,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya sebesar (100% - 64,6% = 35,4%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: etos kerja, disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan
