Abstract

This research is to know the influence of Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance on CV Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang. The object of this research is employees on CV Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang this research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitative approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression (SPSS). The results of this study showed that the t Culture Organizational and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance on CV Xpress Digital Printing. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada CV Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk regresi linier berganda (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji T Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Xpress Digital Printing. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
