Abstract
This research is to know the influence of job satisfaction, competency and work discipline against the employee in work productivity. The object of the research was done on employees of Precision Metal Stamping Company, Tangerang. This research was conducted against the 63 respondents to do a quantitative approach is associative. The data analysis used was multiple linear reggresion analysis. The results of this research showed that job satisfaction variables have a significant effect on the work productivity. Meanwhile, competency variables influential negative and no significant effect on work productivity. Then, work discipline variables influential significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Competency, Work Discipline, and Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Industri Komponen Logam, Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 63 responden dengan melakukan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan, variabel kompetensi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kemudian, untuk variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja
