Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of job environment, compensation and organization commitment on turnover intentions. The object of this study is the Accountant Public Office in West and South Administration of Jakarta. This study was conducted on 100 respondents using purposesing sampling technique. The result of this research shows that compesation and organization commitment had significant effect on turnover intentions. Job environment had no significant effect on turnover intentions. Keywords : Job Environment, Compensation, Organization commitment, turnover intentions. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap keluar masuk karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah auditor yang ada di kantor akuntan publik Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Purposing Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keluar masuk karyawan. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keluar masuk karyawan. Kata kunci : Lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, komitmen organisasi, keluar masuk karyawan.
