Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of leadership style, work environment and motivation to employee performance. The objective of this research were to identify, understand and analyze the effect off leadership style, working environment and motivation, to the employee performance. The object for this research is the employees of PT. Wahit Pratama in Jakarta. This research was done to 65 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is the analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance of PT. Wahit Pratama, but for the variable Motivation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, work environment and motivation, to the employee performance, PT. Wahit Pratama Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami serta menganalisa Gaya Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Wahit Pratama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 65 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Wahit Pratama, tetapi untuk variabel Motivasi berpengaruh negative dan siginifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Wahit Pratama.
