Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of remuneration, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employees performance. The object of this study are employees working at Housekeeping Department PT XYZ. This research was conducted to 153 respondents from the total populations of 246 employees. The research population are 246 employees. The sampling technique using Proportionate Simple Random Sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples to this research by using the Slovin Formula and the sample used is 153 employees at the Housekeeping Department of PT. XYZ. This research method used quantitative approach using questionnaire and analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that remuneration, work motivation and job satisfaction have significant positive effects on employees performance. Job satisfaction variable is the most influential variable followed by work motivation and remuneration. It is suggested that the management of PT XYZ to pay attention to promotion policy by multiplying the information about promotion. Its implementation should be more open and involving union so that all employees have the equal opportunities to get their career advancement. Keywords: Remuneration, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employees Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh remunerasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Housekeeping Department PT. XYZ. Populasi keseluruhan pegawai Housekeeping Department PT. XYZ berjumlah 246 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel, yakni menggunakan teknik Proportionate Simple Random Sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rumus Slovin dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 153 pegawai di Housekeeping Department PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel kepuasan kerja adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh diikuti oleh motivasi kerja dan remunerasi. Disarankan agar manajemen PT. XYZ memperhatikan kebijakan promosi dengan memperbanyak informasi mengenai promosi. Implementasinya harus lebih terbuka dan melibatkan serikat pekerja sehingga semua pegawai memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk meningkatkan karier mereka.
