Abstract
The study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style and job insecurity of employee performance in Non Government Organization YAPARI. Quantitative research type, population of all employees of YAPARI, sampling technique use Non Probability Sampling with saturation sampling. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The result showed that leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance. Partially organizational culture and job insecurity have a positive effect on employee performance. The result of correlation matrix between dimensions can be seen that the most powerful organizational culture variable is the orientation of people to quantity. It is recommended to YAPARI management to pay more attention to employees to be rewarded for the maximum work that has been done, and can be ascertained without the orientation of the employees themselves they will not work optimally. Then the result of correlation matrix between dimension of job insecurity variable is strongest relation is level of threat from work aspect to quantity. It is suggested to YAPARI management to take advantage of this condition by making socialization to employees to make a change for YAPARI among others together to find new funder by building raising team. Keywords: Organization Culture, Leadership style, Job Insecurity, Employees Performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Non Government Organization YAPARI. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, populasi seluruh karyawan YAPARI, teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Data diolah menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial budaya organisasi dan job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil matrik korelasi antar dimensi bisa diketahui bahwa variabel budaya organisasi yang paling kuat hubungannya adalah orientasi orang terhadap kuantitas, disarankan kepada manajemen YAPARI lebih memperhatikan karyawan untuk diberikan reward atas pekerjaan maksimal yang telah dilakukan, dan dapat dipastikan tanpa orientasi karyawan itu sendiri mereka tidak akan kerja secara optimal. Kemudian hasil matrik korelasi antar dimensi variabel job insecurity yang paling kuat hubungannya adalah tingkat ancaman dari aspek pekerjaan terhadap kuantitas. Maka disarankan kepada manajemen YAPARI bisa memanfaatkan kondisi ini dengan membuat sosialisasi kepada karyawan untuk membuat suatu perubahan untuk YAPARI antara lain bersama-sama mencari funder baru dengan membangun raising team.
