Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of work stress, workload and time demands of work to turnover intention in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Special Branch Office. The object for this research is employee at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Special Branch Office. This research was done to 75 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of work stress, workload and time demands of work to turnover intention in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Special Branch Office. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that supports hipothesys. There fore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between work stress, workload and time demands of work to turnover intention in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Special Branch Office. Keywords: work stress, workload, time demands of work, turnover intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan time demands of work terhadap turnover intention PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Khusus. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Khusus. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel stres kerja, beban kerja dan time demands of work terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Khusus. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji f) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara stres kerja, beban kerja dan time demands of work terhadap turnover intention PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Khusus Jakarta. Kata Kunci: stres kerja, beban kerja, time demands of work, turnover intention.
