Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of salaries and incentives on employee performance. The object of this research is employees of PT. Mitra Abadi Jaya Bersama. This study was conducted on 48 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the Salary and Incentive Variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mitra Abadi Jaya Bersama. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and the partial test results (t test) shows the significant value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Companies must pay more attention to the fairness of salaries both internally and externally and increase incentives both financially and non-financially. Keywords: Salary, Incentive, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaji dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Mitra Abadi Jaya Bersama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 48 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, Variabel Gaji dan Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mitra Abadi Jaya Bersama. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan keadilan gaji baik internal maupun eksternal dan meningkatkan insentif secara finansial maupun non finansial. Kata Kunci: Gaji, Insentif, Kinerja Karyawan
