Abstract

The development of social media have resulted to a company in convey a message communication .The emergence of social media has led to company to share information in a more open with customers , so that grows about the importance of social media marketing .Marketing via social media company centered on efforts to build content that attracts attention and promote consumers to connect and share information. Maducil is client in the design process promotion on media advertising social on that occasion.Now maducil having problems the low budget promotion maducil and the low community awareness of brand awareness maducil.As for the purpose of the bill a strategy of promotion advertising is expected to increase the community awareness of the existence of maducil and intertwining a closer relation with target audience through interaction through the social especially social media facebook and instagaram.It is expected that also after the this promotion can increase turnover maducil sales. An account planning , in particular in the design this time writer is a an account planning which is responsible for the design of this is a concept the theme of content in Maducil social media account, manage the broad range of a groove the period for implementation campaign to promote bos program , establish and maintain the present rate so phase in the relationship between the world largest oil consumers .A strategy and design through to the promotion of the media called social being utilized as the spam comment , hashtag , tag , paidpromote , boost ads , and part of the bond followers .By the presence of an account planning allows firms to employ apply the concept of low budgetary gimmick it may but the high impact through social media .A method of this research through observation , the objective of the interview and documentation of .A method of particular in the design using the fundamental concept of aisas with menganalis stp or and a matrix swot .Initiated with the incidence of from the concept of the big idea ”Si Kecil Sehat Kebahagiaan Ayah Bunda” communication with a message that it is not only bunda care for children but dad too have a role in maintain the health of the son to be initiated by the head of every content campaign to promote bos program that is produced on a social media Key Message : social media , social media marketing, account planning, maducil Perkembangan media sosial telah berdampak kepada perusahaan dalam menyampaikan pesan komunikasi. Munculnya media sosial telah mendorong perusahaan untuk berbagi informasi secara lebih terbuka dengan pelanggannya, sehingga berkembanglah mengenai pentingnya social media marketing. Pemasaran melalui media sosial berpusat pada upaya perusahaan membangun konten yang menarik perhatian dan mendorong konsumen untuk terkoneksi dan berbagi informasi. Maducil adalah client dalam proses perancangan promosi iklan di media sosial pada kesempatan kali ini. Saat ini Maducil memiliki permasalahan rendahnya budget promosi Maducil dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat akan brand awareness Maducil. Adapun tujuan dari rancangan strategi promosi iklan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan Maducil dan terjalinnya hubungan yang lebih dekat dengan target konsumen melalui interaksi melalui media social khususnya media sosial facebook dan instagaram. Sehingga diharapkan juga setelah adanya promosi ini dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan Maducil. Account planning, dalam perancangan kali ini penulis adalah seorang account Planning yang bertanggung jawab atas rancangan sebuah konsep tema konten dalam media social akun Maducil, mengelola alur waktu pelaksanaan promosi, menjalin dan menjaga hubungan dengan konsumen. Strategi perancangan promosi media social yang digunakan seperti spam comment, hashtag, tag, paidpromote, boost ads, dan buy followers. Dengan adanya account planning perusahaan dapat menerapkan konsep low budget but High impact melalui media sosial. Metode penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode perancangan menggunakan konsep dasar AISAS dengan menganalis STP dan matriks SWOT. Berawal dari konsep Big Idea “Si Kecil Sehat Kebahagiaan Ayah Bunda” dengan pesan komunikasi bahwa tidak hanya Bunda tetapi Ayah juga ikut berperan dalam menjaga kesehatan anak menjadi arahan dari setiap konten promosi yang dihasilkan pada media sosial.
