Abstract

The purpose of ths research is to determine wheter Communication, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture have an effect on Employee Performance. The object of this reseacrh is the PT Colorindo Chemtra. This research was conducted on 75 employee of PT Colorindo Chemtra by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected using a questionaire and then the processed using statistical analys in the form of multiple linear regression test with SPSS 23 program. The result of this study indicate that the three independent variables (Communication, Work Environment and Organizational Culture) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Colorindo Chemtra. Keywords : Communication, Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Colorindo Chemtra. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 karyawan PT Colorindo Chemtra. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan selanjutnya dengan menggunakan analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketiga variabel independen (Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Colorindo Chemtra. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan
