Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and job environment toward turnover intention level. The object of this research is employees or employees who work in construction engineering services and services company in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 66 respondents by using descriptive approach quantitative. Therefore, the data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of this research shows that job satisfaction variable give negative and significant influence to turnover intention. The job environment has a negative and significant impact on the turnover intention of construction engineering and services company in Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t test) which shows the value of the synd ication of independent variables. Keywords: Job Satisfaction (Kepuasan Kerja) and work environment (Lingkungan Kerja) to turnover. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh job satisfaction dan job environment terhadap tingkat turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan atau pegawai yang bekerja pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi engineering and services di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap terhadap 66 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatf. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel job satisfaction memberikan pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Job environment memberikan pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi engineering and services di Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t) yang menunjukan nilai sinifikasi dari variabel bebas. Kata kunci : Kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) dan lingkungan kerja (job environment) terhadap turnover intention.
