Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was aimed to determine: The effects of job satisfaction, The effects of work discipline on employee performance of PT. Patra Jasa general service section in central jakarta. This research applied causal associative quantitative approach. Population in this study were 70 employees of the PT. Patra Jasa with total sampling technique. The data collection technique used was questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression. The results of this study indicated that: There was positive and significant relationship between job satisfication on employee performance and There was a positive and significant impact of work discipline on employee performance PT. Patra Jasa. Key Words : Employee Performance, Job Satisfication, Work Disciplin ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Patra Jasa bagian general service di jakarta pusat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Patra Jasa berjumlah 70 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Patra Jasa. Kata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja
