Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and compensation on Employee Performance. The object of this research is office BRIMOB POLDA METRO JAYA This research was conducted on 90 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the partial and simultaneous variables Work Discipline and compensation on Employee Performance office BRIMOB POLDA METRO JAYA. This is evidenced from the results of model accuracy test and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords : Work Discipline and compensation on Employee Performance office ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah KANTOR BRIMOB . Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 90 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan KANTOR BRIMOB. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji ketepatan model dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan
