Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance of PT. Trijaya Pratama Futures. The research sampling technique is by census technique, where the sample is the whole of the total population. Population taken from this research that is 60 people. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that work motivation and compensation together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, compensation partially affect the employee's performance, while for the motivation of work partially does not affect the performance of employees. Keywords: Work Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Trijaya Pratama Futures. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian yaitu dengan teknik sensus, dimana sampel merupakan keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Populasi yang diambil dari penelitian ini yaitu 60 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitupula dengan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan untuk motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
