Abstract
Purpose–Thisstudy aims to examine, analyze and explain the influence of organizational culture, competence, and work motivation to employee performance simultaneously and partially at PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk dan Anak Usaha. Design/methodology/approach –The primary data used in this study come from questionnaire onrespondents’ organizational culture, competence, and work motivation and employee performance. From 161 people as thepopulation, 115 respondents who met the criteria as a sample were chosen by using the Taro Yamane formula. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 24. Findings – The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneouslybetween organizational culture, competence, and work motivation on employee performance. The results also showthat there is a positive and significant influence partially between organizational culture, competence, and work motivation on employee performance. organizational culture is the variable of the most powerful influence on employeeperformance, so it needs special attention. Keywords : organizational culture, competence, work motivation, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan dan parsial pada PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk dan Anak Usaha. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan – Dataprimer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kuesioner tentang budaya organisasi, kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan responden. Dari 161 karyawan sebagai populasi, 115 responden yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Version 24. Temuan – Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi adalah variabel pengaruh paling kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian khusus.
