Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada situs online shopping Lazada.com yang berada di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Convenience Sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 135 responden yang menjadi konsumen pada pembelian produk elektronik pada situs online shopping Lazada.com di Jakarta Barat. Untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari tiga hipotesis berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online, kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada pembelian produk elektronik di situs online shopping Lazada.com.This study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and confidence in online purchasing decisions on online shopping sites Lazada.com located in West Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is Convenience Sampling. Respondents in this study were 135 respondents who become consumers in the purchase of electronic products on online shopping sites Lazada.com in West Jakarta. To test the validity, reliability and hypothesis testing using SPSS 23 application. The analysis showed that the significant effect of the three hypotheses. The results showed that e-service quality significantly influence purchase decisions online, beliefs significantly influence online purchasing decisions on the purchase of electronic products on online shopping sites Lazada.com
