Abstract
Human resources play an important role in the progress of a nation, therefore it is necessary to improve human resources in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to examine the Influence of Leadership Style, Compensation, and Workload on Employee Work Performance at PT Acset Indonusa. Tbk Jonggol Branch. The object of this study is Employees at PT Acset Indonusa. Tbk Jonggol Branch with a population of 80 people. With a sampling technique using saturated samples of 80 employees. The data analysis method uses the SMART PLS application. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Acset Indonusa Jonggol Branch, while workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT Acset Indonusa Jonggol Branch. Keywords: leadership style, compensation, workload, employee performance Sumber daya manusia berperan penting terhadap kemajuan suatu bangsa, oleh karena itu perlu diupayakan peningkatan sumber daya manusia demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Gaya Kemimpinan, Kompensasi, Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan Di PT Acset Indonusa. Tbk Cabang Jonggol. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Di PT Acset Indonusa. Tbk Cabang Jonggol dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 80 orang. Dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Acset Indonusa Cabang Jonggol, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Acset Indonusa Cabang Jonggol. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, beban kerja, kinerja karyawan
