Abstract
This study examines the causal impact of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Zenvan Technology Indonesia. A census sampling method was applied, encompassing the total population of 43 permanent employees. Following primary data collection via questionnaires, data analysis was executed employing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method through SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results yield a consistent conclusion: motivation, a conducive work environment, and work discipline all contribute positively and significantly to the optimization of employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Kajian akademis ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak kausalitas antara motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja operasional personel PT. Zenvan Technology Indonesia. Sebanyak 43 karyawan tetap ditarik sebagai responden mutlak melalui penentuan sampling jenuh. Penarikan data primer via kuesioner kemudian diolah secara statistik memanfaatkan instrumen Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui platform SmartPLS 3.2.9. Penjabaran hasil riset menyimpulkan adanya temuan yang konsisten: variabel motivasi, kondusivitas lingkungan kerja, serta level disiplin kerja terbukti berkontribusi secara positif sekaligus bermakna nyata (signifikan) terhadap eskalasi kinerja sumber daya manusia pada entitas terkait..
