Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at the Karang Tengah District Office. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a census technique, in which the entire population of 58 employees is used as the research sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The types of data used consist of primary data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data from various relevant literature sources. Data analysis is conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with a Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach, processed through the SmartPLS application. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload also has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering a healthy organizational culture, enforcing consistent work discipline, and managing workloads proportionally to optimize employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Workload, Employee Performance, SEM-PLS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Karang Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sensus, di mana seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 58 pegawai dijadikan sampel penelitian melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari responden serta data sekunder yang bersumber dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) yang diolah melalui aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya menciptakan budaya organisasi yang sehat, menerapkan disiplin kerja secara konsisten, serta mengelola beban kerja secara proporsional guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
