Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of compensation, extrinsic motivation, and job stress on employees turnover intention of PT. Aero Systems Indonesia in Jakarta. Type of quantitative research with population of all employees of PT. Aero Systems Indonesia. Sampling technique using random samples with the total sample of 165 employees as respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23 program. The result showed that compensation had significant negative effect on turnover intention, extrinsic motivation had no significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention of PT. Aero Systems Indonesia, it is advisable to undertake a policy program to increase employee compensation, provide counseling to reduce work stress. Keywords: compensation, extrinsic motivation, work stress and turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Aero Systems Indonesia di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT. Aero Systems Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel probability menggunakan random sampel dengan jumlah sampel 165 karyawan sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, motivasi ekstrinsik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Aero Systems Indonesia, sedangkan hasil uji secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi ekstrinsik dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Aero Systems Indonesia, disarankan agar melakukan program kebijakan dalam peningkatan kompensasi pegawai, dan memberikan konseling bagi pegawai untuk mengurangi stres kerja Kata kunci: kompensasi, motivasi ekstrinsik, stres kerja dan turnover intention.
