Abstract
Traditional Indonesian cuisine are followed by engineering and particular processing is a reflection of a wide variety of ethnic and cultural as well as being characteristic for each of the provinces in Indonesia and enriched flavoring derived from spices and ingredients derived from the sea or from vegetation. Prescription or instructions is very important and very necessary in doing the cooking processing of Indonesia due to the use of materials as well as how to make the dishes should be arranged so that food and drinks into tasty and ready to enjoy. Technological developments from year to year, and age to age very rapidly and will continue growing over time, particularly in the field of information. Be it information from print and electronic media which presents information in the form of text, sound and images. Through the development of information technology is growing more rapidly that drives every human being to create a wide variety of tools to facilitate them in performing daily activities wherever and whenever. Development of IT technology is rapidly increasing in recent years, mobile technology devices or mobile devices have been widely used and developed. Thus the need for a breakthrough in the form of media that is nice and attractive so that it can be used as a reliable source, the right information and a picture of a desire by the lovers who like to cook or culinary as an information medium. The development of mobile technology provide an alternative to the new information media, namely through a device that is used whenever and wherever it can save resource allocation and use. One example of such information media is to make the application of traditional food and drink recipes typical of the provinces in Indonesia based on Android that are expected to provide information that is effective and efficient for users. Keywords: traditional Indonesian cuisine, recipes, Mobile Device, Android, Traditional Recipe Typical Province in Indonesia Masakan tradisional Indonesia yang di ikuti dengan teknik dan pengolahan tertentu merupakan suatu cerminan dari berbagai ragam suku dan budaya serta menjadi ciri khas untuk masing-masing provinsi di Indonesia dan dengan diperkaya bumbu yang berasal dari rempah-rempah serta bahan yang berasal dari hasil lautnya maupun dari tumbuh tumbuhannya. Resep ataupun petunjuk sangatlah penting dan sangat dibutuhkan dalam melakukan pemrosesan memasak Indonesia dikarenakan penggunaaan bahan serta cara membuat masakan harus tersusun agar makanan maupun minuman menjadi enak dan siap untuk di nikmati. Perkembangan teknologi dari tahun ketahun serta zaman ke zaman sangat pesat dan akan terus semakin berkembang dari waktu ke waktu, terutama di bidang informasi. Baik itu informasi dari media cetak maupun elektronik yang menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk tulisan, suara serta gambar. Melalui perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkembang semakin pesat yang mendorong setiap manusia untuk menciptakan berbagai macam alat bantu untuk memudahkan aktifitas mereka dalam melakukan keseharian dimanapun dan kapanpun. Perkembangan teknologi IT yang semakin pesat belakangan ini, teknologi mobile device atau perangkat mobile mulai banyak digunakan serta dikembangkan. Maka dari itu perlu adanya terobosan berupa media yang bagus serta menarik sehingga bisa dijadikan sumber terpercaya, informasi yang tepat serta gambaran akan keinginan oleh para yang hobi memasak ataupun pecinta kuliner sebagai media informasi. Perkembangan teknologi mobile memberikan sebuah alternatif media informasi baru yaitu melalui device yang bersifat kapanpun dan dimanapun bisa digunakan dan menghemat alokasi sumber daya penggunaanya. Salah satu contoh media informasi tersebut adalah dengan membuatkan aplikasi resep makanan dan minuman tradisional khas provinsi di Indonesia berbasis android sehingga diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi yang efektif dan efisien untuk penggunanya.
