Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on teacher performance with loyalty as an intervening variable. The population in this research were all permanent teachers at Budi Mulia High School and Vocational School, totaling 50 people. The sampling method used was a saturated sample, this is because researchers believe that involving the entire population will provide a more accurate picture of the results. The data collection method uses a survey method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This type of research is quantitative with data analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 4 software. This research proves that the Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty, Work Environment has a positive effect and significant to Teacher Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty, Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Loyalty partially mediates the influence of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance. Loyalty partially mediates the influence of the work environment on teacher performance. Based on the results of the data processing that has been carried out, the researcher suggests that the principals at Budi Mulia High School and Vocational School reorganize the curriculum so that teacher performance increases. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environtment, Employee Performance, Loyality Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan loyalitas sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitain ini adalah seluruh guru tetap SMA dan SMK Budi Mulia yang berjumlah 50 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, hal tersebut dikarenakan peneliti meyakini bahwa dengan melibatkan keseluruhan populasi akan memberikan gambaran hasil yang lebih akurat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Loyalitas memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru. Loyalitas memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan peneliti menyarankan agar Kepala Sekolah di SMA dan SMK Budi Mulia mengatur kembali kurikulum agar kinerja guru semakin meningkat.
