Abstract
The researcher’s intention in conducting the research is to understand the influence of perceived organisational support, organisational learning capability, and work ethics on job performance, mediated by organisational commitment: studies on individuals engaged in community empowerment organisations in three provinces in Indonesia: Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Kalimantan. This research uses a quantitative approach, incorporating SMART-PLS to analyse data for descriptive and causal analysis. The data collected was obtained through a survey method, using a 7-Likert Scale to weigh the questionnaires. The results obtained are categorised into direct and indirect effects. Analysis of the direct effect concluded that Organisational Commitment and Organisational Learning Capability positively and significantly influence Job Performance, while Perceived Organisational Support did not. On the contrary, on Organisational Commitment, only Organisational Learning Capability indicates a positive and significant influence. Whereas, Perceived Organisational Support and Work Ethics imply a negative significant and insignificant influence respectively. Thus, the hypothesis on Work Ethics is rejected. The indirect effect analysis implies no mediation of Organisational Commitment between Perceived Organisational Support and Work Ethics with Job Performance. On the contrary, there is a partial mediation of Organisational Commitment between Organisational Learning Capability and Job Performance.
