Abstract
TikTok is one of the most popular social media platforms, especially among the younger generation. This platform offers a wide variety of content, one of which is the #ContekanJawabanInterview content on Vina Muliana's TikTok account. This content is often used as an educational tool regarding careers for viewers. This study aims to analyze the reception of followers towards the #ContekanJawabanInterview content.This research uses a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The theory used is Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding theory. The data collection technique used is in-depth interviews with six informants. The results of the study show that the #ContekanJawabanInterview content has an easy-to-understand delivery method, the message conveyed is relevant to the current context, and the interview experiences of followers are in a dominant position of accepting the message conveyed. The quality of the content is effective, and the benefits of the content for followers are in a negotiated position, with none being in an oppositional position. Media Sosial TikTok saat ini merupakan salah satu platform yang paling populer, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Platform ini menyajkan banyak konten yang beragam, salah satunya adalah konten #ContekanJawabanInterview pada akun TikTok Vina Muliana. Konten tersebut kerap kali dijadikan sarana edukasi mengenai karir bagi para penonton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis reserpi followers terhadap konten #ContekanJawaban Interview. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori encoding-decoding Stuar Hall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara mendalam terhadap enam informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konten #Contekan Jawaban Interview memiliki cara penyampaian yang mudah dipahami oleh followers, isi pesan yang disampaikan sesuai dengan konteks saat ini, dan pengalaman wawancara followers berada dalam posisi dominan menerima pesan yang disampaikan. Kualitas konten yang efektif, dan manfaat konten bagi followers berada dalam posisi negosiasi, dan tidak ada yang berada dalam posisi oposisi.
