Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta mediated by knowledge management and organizational climate. The object of this research is all teachers who teach at SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta. This research was conducted on 56 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Based on this research, it is known that transformational leadership has no impact on teacher performance, transformational ledership has a positive and significant impact on knowledge management, transformation leadership is a positive influence on organizational climate, knowledge management has a significant and positive impact on the performance of teachers, know-how management has an impact positive and meaningful on the organizational climates, organisational climates have a positive impact and significant effect on teachers' performance, know management is able to partially mediate the influence of transformational Leadership on teacher's performance, organizational Climate is capable of mediating partially the transformational impact of leadership on the teacher' s performance, organizationl learning is capable to moderate the impact of the organizational climate on teacher’s performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Teacher Performance, Knowledge Management, Organizational Climate, Organizational Learning Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta dimediasi oleh knowledge management dan organizational climate. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang mengajar di SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 56 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge management, transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational climate, knowledge management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, knowledge management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational climate, organizational climate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, knowledge management mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap kinerja guru, organizatiional climate mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap kinerja guru, organizationl learning mampu memoderasi pengaruh organizational climare terhadap kinerja guru, organizational learning mampu memoderasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap organizational climate.
