Abstract
This thesis basically examines the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture and Compensation on Turnover Intention of PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM). The aims of this study are: 1) to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and compensation on the turnover intention of PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM), 2) to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention of PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM), the sample in this study were employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) as many as 40 people out of a total population of 105 people. Collecting data using questionnaires, validity and reliability tests, while data analysis was carried out using multiple PLS (Partial Least Square) Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational culture, compensation, turnover intention. Skripsi ini pada dasarnya meneliti tentang Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi dan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM), 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM), Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) sebanyak 40 orang dari total populasi sebanyak 105 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, kompensasi, turnover intention.
