Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, compensation and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. XYZ. This type of quantitative research, data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population of all employees of PT. XYZ, with saturated sampling technique, a sample are fifty-five employees of PT. XYZ. The analysis method in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ. Advice for companies regarding work motivation is expected to accommodate and improve the development of employee potential and provide training and learning programs as well as conduct job desk evaluations. The company also improved the Company's Standard Operating (SOP), especially related to attendance and maintaining the relationship between the divisions. Regarding compensation, the company should review the compensation program in accordance with the achievements that have been achieved by employees. For researchers, it is recommended to conduct research on other variables such as the work environment and conduct research in various fields of the company ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi seluruh karyawan PT. XYZ, dengan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu sampel sebanyak lima puluh lima karyawan PT. XYZ. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. XYZ. Saran untuk perusahaan mengenai motivasi kerja diharapkan perusahaan mewadahi dan meningkatkan pengembangan potensi karyawan dan menyediakan pelatihan dan program pembelajaran serta melakukan evaluasi job desk. Perusahaan juga meningkatkan Standart Operasional Perusahaan (SOP) terutama terkait dengan kehadiran serta menjaga hubungan baik antar divisi. Perihal kompensasi perusahaan seharusnya melakukan peninjauan program kompensasi sesuai dengan prestasi yang telah dicapai karyawan. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian pada variabel lainnya seperti lingkungan kerja serta melakukan penelitian di berbagai bidang perusahaan
