Abstract

This study aims to discover and explain the influence of Green Human Resource Management and Green Knowledge Management on Corporate Sustainability, with Employee Green Behavior as an intervening variable. The population in this study consists of employees of PT. ATC at the headquarters, involving 130 permanent employees as respondents. This research is quantitative, utilizing an online survey method with data analysis through SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that Green Human Resource Management, Green Knowledge Management, and Employee Green Behavior significantly influence Corporate Sustainability. Additionally, Green Human Resource Management and Green Knowledge Management have a positive effect on Employee Green Behavior. Employee Green Behavior can mediate the relationship between Green Human Resource Management and Corporate Sustainability, but it cannot mediate the relationship between Green Knowledge Management and Corporate Sustainability. This study provides insights for evaluating and developing online training regarding the importance of Sustainability knowledge and reducing negative environmental impacts to achieve optimal Corporate Sustainability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Green Human Resource Management dan Green Knowledge Management terhadap Corporate Sustainability dengan Employee Green Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan PT. ATC di kantor pusat yang melibatkan sebanyak 130 karyawan tetap sebagai responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey daring dengan analisa data SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Resource Management, Green Knowledge Management, dan Employee Green Behavior berpengaruh terhadap Corporate Sustainability. Begitu juga dengan Green Human Resource Management dan Green Knowledge Management yang berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Green Behavior. Employee Green Behavior dapat memediasi Green Human Resource Management terhadap Corporate Sustainability namun tidak dapat memediasi antara Green Knowledge Management terhadap Corporate Sustainability. Studi ini memberikan masukan untuk dapat melakukan evaluasi dalam pengembangan dan pelatihan secara daring terkait pentingnya pengetahuan kebelanjutan dan pengurangan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan agar dapat tercapainya tingkat Corporate Sustainability yang optimal.
