Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Transformational Leadership which can affect Green HR Practices, Green Employee Behavior and Management Information System on Sustainable Organizational Performance. The population of this study is human resources who have a minimum position of supervisor to functional manager. The sample in this study were 58 supervisors at one of the food and beverage companies in the West Jakarta area. This research is a quantitative study using probability sampling technique. The sampling technique used is a questionnaire technique according to the Likert scale method. The analysis method used is Smart PLS to analyze the data collected. The results of the research show that Green HR Practices have the highest direct influence against Green Transformational Leadership compared to Green Employee Behavior and Management Information System. Meanwhile, Management Information System has a higher direct influence on Green Transformational Leadership compared to Green Employee Behavior. Green Transformational Leadership also has a direct influence on Sustainable Organizational Performance. Green HR Practices also have the highest influence against Sustainable Organizational Performance through Green Transformational Leadership. Meanwhile, Green Employee Behavior and Management Information System do not have any influence against Sustainable Organizational Performance through Green Transformational Leadership, therefore they are considered as unmediated. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership yang dapat mempengaruhi Green HR Practices, Green Employee Behavior dan Management Information System terhadap Sustainable Organizational Performance. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia yang memiliki jabatan minimal supervisor sampai manajer fungsional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 orang supervisor pada salah satu perusahaan makanan dan minuman di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan probability sampling technique. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik angket menurut metode skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Green HR Practices memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang paling tinggi terhadap Green Transformational Leadership dibandingkan dengan Green Employee Behavior dan Management Information System. Sedangkan Management Information System memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang lebih tinggi terhadap Green Transformational Leadership dibandingkan dengan Green Employee Behavior. Green Transformational Leadership juga memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap Sustainable Organizational Performance. Green HR Practices juga memiliki pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap Sustainable Organizational Performance melalui Green Transformational Leadership. Sedangkan Green Employee Behavior dan Management Information System tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Sustainable Organizational Performance melalui Green Transformational Leadership sehingga dianggap tidak dapat termediasi.
