Abstract

Mikrotrans Jak Lingko 50 is a public transportation with routes connected to several other public transportations ranging from train stations, transjakarta stops, and other public transportation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the perception of passenger satisfaction with service and or response from users of Jak Lingko Transport 50 and the level of performance in operating is the main thing to know. This study used two data collection techniques, namely primary data derived from the results of the collection of questionnaires involving 100 respondents who are passengers of Jak Lingko 50 Transport and secondary data in the form of technical data on the performance of Jak Lingko transportation services. Analysis method used is Servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) The results showed that the average performance of Jak Lingko 50 transport has an average weight - an average of 4.02 and an average passenger satisfaction level is quite good with an average weight of 3.92 out of the highest score of 5. While the ability of users to buy Jak Lingko cards is said to be capable because as many as 97 people consider the ticket price cheap / decent. Mikrotrans Jak Lingko 50 merupakan angkutan umum dengan rute yang terhubung dengan beberapa transportasi umum lainnya mulai dari stasiun kereta, halte transjakarta, dan angkutan umum lainya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan dan atau tanggapan dari pengguna Angkutan Jak Lingko 50 dan Tingkat kinerja dalam mengoperasikan adalah hal utama yang perlu diketahui. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik pengumpulan data yakni data primer yang berasal dari hasil pengumpulan kuesioner dengan melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan penumpang Angkutan Jak Lingko 50 dan data sekunder berupa data teknis mengenai kinerja layanan angkutan Jak Lingko. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni Servqual dan Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA) Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa tingkat rata-rata kinerja angkutan Jak Lingko 50 memiliki bobot rata – rata 4.02 dan rata – rata tingkat kepuasan penumpang yaitu cukup baik dengan bobot rata - rata 3,92 dari skor tertinggi 5. Sedangkan kemampuan pengguna untuk membeli kartu Jak Lingko dikatakan mampu karena sebanyak 97 orang mengganggap harga tiket murah/layak.
