Abstract
ABSTRACT The visual branding design for Dimsum Mutiara addresses the issue of the lack of a cohesive brand visual identity. Developing visual branding serves as a solution to help Dimsum Mutiara MSMEs maintain their presence and compete effectively with other competitors through visual means. The creative process, supported by the application of the AISAS model, facilitates the creation of visual elements and the selection of media for designing Dimsum Mutiara’s visual branding. The chosen design concept is minimalist, tailored to the target audience through the development of a Graphic Standards Manual (GSM). Implementation through both online and offline media includes the creation of logos, packaging, posters, menu lists, aprons, x-banners, booths, and social media designs, all aimed at establishing a strong brand presence in accordance with Dimsum Mutiara’s target audience ABSTRAK Perancangan visual branding pada Dimsum Mutiara bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan dari ketidakhadiran penerapan identitas visual dari brand tersebut. Pembuatan visual branding menjadi solusi untuk membantu UMKM Dimsum Mutiara dalam mempertahankan eksistensi serta persaingan dengan kompetitor lainnya melalui bentuk visual. Adapun proses kreatif disertai dengan penerapan AISAS mendukung pembuatan elemen visual dan pemilihan media yang digunakan dalam perancangan visual branding Dimsum Mutiara. Konsep desain yang dipilih ialah minimalis atau sederhana menyesuaikan segmentasi target audiens melalui pembuatan Grafik Standar Manual (GSM). Implementasi melalui media online dan offline dengan pembuatan logo, packaging, poster, daftar menu, appron, x-banner, booth, dan desain sosial media untuk memberikan kesan branding yang kuat sesuai target audiens Dimsum Mutiara.
