Abstract
Group of Retail and Publishing Kompas Gramedia is an organization responsible for managing company affairs under PT. Kompas Gramedia, with the expectation of achieving good performance that plays a significant role for the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Description on Employee Performance, with Organizational Learning and Organizational Commitment as mediating variables. The quantitative method utilizes saturated sampling, where all members of the population are used as samples; in this case, all employees of the Group of Retail and Publishing in the Accounting and Finance department, totaling 95 employees. The analysis is conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is employed as the analysis method, and SmartPLS is used as the analytical tool. The expected contribution of this research is to support the improvement of Employee Performance, particularly in the Group of Retail and Publishing Kompas Gramedia. The conclusion of the study indicates that Job Description positively and significantly affects Employee Performance, Job Description positively and significantly affects Organizational Learning, Job Description positively and significantly affects Organizational Commitment , Organizational Learning positively and significantly affects Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment positively and significantly affects Employee Performance, Organizational Learning can partially mediate the effect of Job Description on Employee Performance, and Organizational Commitment cannot mediate the effect of Job Description on Employee Performance. Group of Retail and Publishing Kompas Gramedia bertanggung jawab atas urusan perusahaan di bawah PT. Kompas Gramedia, dengan fokus pada kinerja yang baik. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh job description terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan Organizational Learning dan Organizational Commitment sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampling jenuh pada 95 karyawan bagian Accounting dan Finance, serta analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job description berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Organizational Learning, dan Organizational Commitment. Selain itu, Organizational Learning dapat memediasi pengaruh Job Description terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan Organizational Commitment tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh tersebut.
