Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of the relationship between Job Stress, Work Environment and Transformational Leadership on Organizational Commitment. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 120 employees of PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a survey via a questionnaire instrument. Data was taken using partial least squares (PLS). The results of this research state that the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, the work environment has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dengan menggunakan survei melalui instrumen kuisioner. Data diambil dengan menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri.
